About Notion4

We are a multi-faceted construction service business that has numerous successful divisions founded on being a key support to contractors, subcontractors and property owners.

Our contract personnel division helps contractors with contingent labour across sectors including fit-out, civils, FM and property refurbishment. Our personnel are vetted with hands-on, skilled based knowledge tests. This makes us different from a typical recruiter. We believe that our contract personnel division acts more as a labour-only subcontractor than a typical recruiter due to our vetting procedures and industry knowledge.

Our maintenance division supports the commercial and domestic industry with reactive and pre-planned maintenance across the UK. Our in-house team is vast and covers the entire country - some of which are onboarded to support us with rapid response repairs as well as our large directly employed team who are the face of our business and oversee both maintenance and project work.
