Registering is easy! You can sign up online at our website or call any of our offices for a quick phone registration.

Where can I find available job listings?

We post all our roles on our website and partner sites like Indeed. Our listings are always live and actively recruited for.

For New Clients

How do I become a new customer?

Fill out our new customer application form, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours—usually sooner. Our services are non-committal and paid upon successful work completion.

How quickly can you fill a vacancy?

For contract personnel, we aim to fill roles within 4 hours. Permanent recruitment typically takes about a week, depending on your involvement in the process.

Do you provide credit services?

Yes, after a credit check (completed within 48 hours), we offer generous credit terms. We reserve the right to adjust credit facilities if necessary.

What recruitment services does Notion4 offer?

We specialize in contractor placements and permanent recruitment, providing short-term labour, skilled operatives, and permanent staff for your company's growth.

How can I request a financial statement?

Email our Accounts Department to request a statement.

Do I need to provide a remittance for payments?

We request remittance advice within 48 hours of payment. Without it, we reconcile payments against the oldest invoice.

Do you review credit limits and terms?

Yes, we regularly review credit limits to increase them where possible. Terms are set in our commercial agreements and can be adjusted based on payment history and relationships.

How do we submit timesheets for contractors?

Please email timesheets to payroll@notion4.com or WhatsApp them directly to your consultant. We recommend allowing candidates to submit their own timesheets.

How can I contact my Notion4 consultant?

Our consultants are reachable via landline, mobile, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. We strive to be available within working hours to support your labour needs.

How can I become a subcontractor for Notion4?

Apply by completing our form here. We evaluate based on capability, location, and references.

Where should I send my subcontractor quotes?

Send quotes to quotes@notion4.com. We keep quotes confidential and aim to award work to the original quoting contractor.

When are subcontractor invoices processed?

For companies with 1-5 employees: invoices are settled within 24 hours. For 5-10 employees: within 7 days. For 10+ employees: within 30 days. Quoted works are paid within 30 days.

How do I submit a job sheet?

Submit your job sheet via our website.

What rates does Notion4 offer?

Our engineers are paid pre-agreed hourly rates. Subcontractor rates vary by client and are provided before work acceptance.
